Located in a newly renovated three storey building in High Barnet (EN5), facing south and beautifully landscaped. The rooms are located on the first floor and have a shared bathroom, but there are bathrooms on each floor. At 950 a month (including utility bills) it is now available for stay. The house has a shared open-plan living room, kitchen - a rooftop skylight with plenty of light, south facing and with floor heating! 8 minutes walk to High Barnet Metro Station (Northern Line), quietly tucked away in a cul-de-sac away from traffic noise. There is also a separate utility room for the washing machine. We are both female professionals who first met in church and enjoy spending evenings watching TV or cooking together, while also having our own social circle.
