Creating a listing: To offer your spare room or to find a new home, you'll need to post a listing. Thesharehouse.co.uk has four types of Listing:
Property listing:
This is vital for finding a housemate or a place to live. A good ad should include clear pictures, details about the property and room, and a short introduction to the current occupants. To post your ad, complete all sections and click 'List a place'.
Individual listing:
Known as a "Find a Place" profile, this lets people know you're looking for a place to live. Mention something about your lifestyle, personality, and what you're looking for in a home. Adding your picture will also help. Fill in the necessary sections and click 'save' to post your ad.
Carpark or Storage listing :
Do you possess unused space? Convert it into revenue. List your available parking or storage area on our platform and reach out to those in search of such spaces. Initiating is straightforward: capture a photograph, determine your pricing, and disclose the location. Avoid allowing your space to remain unutilized—register it with us now and commence generating income.
Marketplace Listing:
Pre-loved items listing is easy and eco-friendly. Just snap attractive photos, detail the item's condition, set a fair price, and include your location. It's a great way to declutter, earn cash, and promote sustainability by giving items a new life.
Making Contact: If you come across an ad or a potential housemate you like, drop them a message. Be sure to read their ad first. Introduce yourself, explain why you're interested, and why you'd be a great housemate. Make your message stand out by being engaging.
